RETURNS: You can return a product within 14 days from the delivery date (subject to some exceptions). You will be refunded the cost of the returned item net of discounts or coupon codes, less return costs, where the conditions for reimbursement exist. Return shipping is the responsibility of the Customer and any customs fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Any additional costs will not be reimbursed under any circumstances. The cost of return shipping is always borne by the buyer, for an amount of 12 euros for Italy and 25 euros for European Union countries.
