Payment by credit card

The accepted credit cards are the following:

• MasterCard
• American Express
• Postepay

To complete the payment by credit card you will be redirected to the Stripe or Banca Sella website; Cicala will not at any time be aware of your card details. Once the payment by credit card has been completed, the order is completed and the product purchased. If available, the purchase is prepared for shipment and entrusted to couriers. It is the payment method that we recommend for urgent orders as they allow easy verification of the credits, the outcome of the payment and therefore of the shipment.

Payment by bank transfer

In case of purchase by bank transfer, once the order is completed, you will receive an e-mail message to the address used during registration with all the data necessary to perform the operation: iban, reason and amount due. To speed up the shipping procedures, we ask you to send us, if possible, a copy of the payment to the address ordini@cicala.it. This payment method can take up to 3 working days to allow Cicala to verify the correct outcome of the credit. This slightly longer procedure is not recommended for urgent orders as product shipments take place only after confirmation of credit.

Payment in installments Soisy (online)

Thanks to the Soisy installment payment you can buy jewelry and watches with convenient monthly dates. The online practice, very simple and intuitive, allows you to immediately have the outcome of the request in four convenient steps:

1. Choose Soisy as your payment method at checkout;
2. Choose the number of installments you want;
3. Digitally sign the contract;
4. Receive approval for your purchase.

Through the Soisy payment in installments, then request the installment payments directly from your PC or smartphone, and the signing of the contract takes place quickly and at the same time as your request: you will receive a code via sms with which you can confirm the practice. All expenses are already included in the monthly payment. There will therefore be no hidden costs, preliminary investigation costs, stamps, installment collection or early repayment, policies or insurance: only the installment multiplied by the number of months you choose. Once you have chosen the amount of the installment, you can also define on which day of the month to pay. In 5 minutes you can finish the practice.

Payment in installments Findomestic (only in shop)

Even for customers who wish to physically purchase jewels in our boutique, purchases can be facilitated through a deferred payment formula. In this case, in addition to being able to rely on Soisy, customers can also opt for one of the most reliable companies specialized in the sector: Findomestic. The method is proposed with an advantageous formula of 10 interest-free installments. Cash on delivery (only in Italy)

Cash on delivery is possible in Italy for purchases up to € 300.00, beyond which it will not be possible to select this payment method. Cash on delivery is enabled only for available products, and not for products available to order. By choosing this mode, it is not possible to request interventions such as making rings, modifications or engravings to size. The cash on delivery method of purchase provides for payment in cash to the courier. This service has an additional cost of 3 euros to be added to the price of the items to be purchased and the shipping cost.

Paypal

Paypal is the system that allows you to pay and send money quickly, easily and securely without having to enter your data and credit card details every time. It uses the most advanced latest generation anti-fraud technologies for data protection. The payment system with Paypal, as for credit cards and for payments in installments, allows the immediate credit of the amount due for the order, and therefore speeds up all the shipping procedures of your purchased products.

Tax Free Purchases (VAT exempt)

Tax Free Shopping allows international customers residing outside the European community to take advantage of a significant reduction in the selling price of the products by requesting a refund of the VAT paid at the time of purchase. The refund will be processed once the purchased goods have been exported. To take advantage of this service, simply select the "Tax Free Purchase" box during the order phase.

For this particular order method, the Customer immediately pays Cicala the full amount due for the selected products and Cicala will provide the Customer, together with the purchased goods, also all the documentation necessary to obtain the VAT refund. Payment with advance payments / deposit

Payment by deposits is a payment system that allows you to book a product and keep it aside for you, dividing the amount in agreement with Cicala according to agreed amounts and dates. Unlike the payment by installments systems, with which the item can be immediately shipped since the payment outcome is immediate, with the Payment with deposits your order is shipped only after the payment of the last agreed amount. The whole procedure is to be agreed with the Customer Support via email or by telephone. Advances can be paid by credit card, advance bank transfer or Paypal.
