How do I register to the website?

Registering on the Cicala.it site is very easy. Just click on Login and then on Register, or you can log in via Facebook. When registering you will be asked to enter your email address and a password. You will also need to accept our privacy policy to proceed. Furthermore, by checking the box to receive our online communications, you will receive coupons and discounts and promotions dedicated to subscribers can be automatically activated on your account.

 

Do I need to be registered to purchase?

To proceed with the purchase it is not necessary to be registered, however registration allows you to take advantage of special discounts such as, for example, reduced prices and promotions. You will receive discount coupons to use, and automatic discounts and promotions can be activated on your account. Where can I find product information?

The page of the products provides a lot of information to help you and guide you in choosing the right product according to your tastes. To provide you with as many details as possible, each page is always divided into three areas: a main one where you can find a short description of the product, one with HD (high definition) photographs to view the object and a last section at the bottom with the specifications of the materials, weights and gems, and a brief written description. If you have any doubts, you can still contact our Customer Care to receive any kind of extra information.

 

How can I order online?

Buying and ordering on Cicala.it is really easy, and you can do it quickly and in a few steps.

  1. Choose a product and click Add to Cart.
  2. In the box that appears you can click on Go to checkout for payment or on Continue shopping if you want to add some other product or service to your cart. You can also proceed by selecting your cart at the top right and clicking Proceed with order.
  3. On the page that opens you can check the products in your cart and the correctness of the shipping address. Make any changes you want, if necessary, and click Proceed with order.
  4. You are one on the Order Summary page. Here you can add a discount coupon, select the desired shipping type and the payment method. Finally, click on Confirm and pay to finish.

 

How do I check if the order has been successful?

If the purchase is successful, you will receive an Order Confirmation message on your e-mail box with a detailed summary of your choices. In the summary you will find all the information relating to the purchased product, its availability, the shipping and billing address and our contacts. You will also receive a second shipment confirmation communication containing the tracking code with which to monitor the status of your shipment.

 

Can I purchas by phone?

Once you have chosen a product on Cicala you can buy it by phone. How can I pay for my order?

Payments can be made in the following ways:

To make a payment by bank transfer it is sufficient to finalize your order: you will receive by e-mail all the necessary data (iban, reason and amount) in the order confirmation e-mail; we ask you, to speed up the accounting and shipping operations, to send us the copy of the payment to ordini@cicala.it. By selecting the Soisy installment payment, once you have filled in the data on the company's website, you will immediately receive an answer about the acceptance of the practice. The cash on delivery, active only on products available in stock and with the total order amount of less than 300 euros, can be paid to the courier by cash or check. Payment via Paypal requires an active Paypal account, and can be managed either through the website (thus completing the operation independently), or by telephone with an operator who will send you a payment request to your email address. Is it possible to pay in installments?

Yes, it is possible to buy in installments both online and at our jewelery shop. On the website it is possible to automatically take advantage of the Soisy installment payment system which will immediately give the outcome of the practice and therefore the confirmation of the order. You can choose the number of installments that best suit your needs and the best conditions. Only at our physical headquarters in Genoa it is also possible to pay in installments through the Findomestic payment system with a facilitated formula of 10 interest-free installments, where we pay the interest. I have a company, can I make a corporate purchase?

Yes, Cicala also sells to companies and professionals. If you wish to receive an invoice for your purchase, please check the "I need an invoice" box during the purchase phase. This will allow you to enter all the data for creating a commercial invoice (VAT number, Tax Code, SDI).

 

With which couriers does Cicala.it ship?

The shipment of each order placed on Cicala.it will take place by courier Bartolini, DHL or by another carrier, at the sole choice of Cicala, and always with a method traceable by the Customer. The Customer will be provided with a tracking code to the e-mail address used for the purchase in order to monitor the status of the shipment and delivery.

 

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are as follows:

  • Standard (World): Entering the delivery data will show the correct amount to pay.
    The price varies according to the country of destination.
  • Standard (Italy): Free in Italy for purchases equal to or greater than 100 €; 6 € for purchases up to 99 €.
  • Premium: Speed up and prioritize your order over everyone else.
    An additional € 10 is added to the cost of Standard Shipping.

How long does it take for an order to be delivered?

We always try to deliver your order as quickly as possible to allow you to receive it immediately. We know how nice it is to buy online and immediately receive what you want. Below you can check the delivery times for orders placed on Cicala.it.

  • Standard: 1 to 3 working days.
  • Premium: accelerate and prioritize your order.
  • Withdrawal in shop: The purchase will be available for collection at the headquarters of the Jewelery Cicala starting from 10:00 on the day following the purchase (for particular urgencies you can contact our Customer Service).

The timing expressed above is intended for all products available in stock. For products available on order, to be customized or created entirely on commission, delivery times start from the moment the product is available (the Customer will be notified by e-mail or by telephone).

For Southern Italy, Islands and Remote Areas, the timing may take 1-3 additional days depending on the destination areas. To guarantee the quality and efficiency of the service, we ask the Customer to carefully enter the complete shipping address, together with any notes to make delivery easier (eg preferential times). For the countries of the European Union the shipping times are 1-3 working days and the costs are expressed case by case during the purchase phase depending on the country of destination. For countries outside the EU, shipping times are usually 2-5 working days, excluding any time necessary for customs clearance of the goods. What does it mean that shipments are insured?

All the products that the Customer purchases on Cicala travel with free insurance coverage included for the Customer at the expense of Cicala. This means that the Customer is sure to receive the order, whatever may happen to its shipment (loss, theft or damage), for a 100% safe purchase.

 

What should I do if the package is damaged?

Our jewelry takes particular care in the internal packaging of each individual item purchased and in its external packaging. Each package sent and entrusted to couriers is always intact and is carefully sealed by our staff to guarantee the customer maximum security and confidentiality on the purchase made.

 

During the delivery phase of the couriers, Cicala asks the Customer to carefully observe the state of integrity of the package, and not to collect goods that show signs of forced entry or visible damage and opening; if you do not collect them and notify Customer Support, the shipments will return to Cicala which will check the content by rescheduling a new delivery as quickly as possible. In the event that the package is only slightly damaged and you still want to collect it, the Customer must open the package in the presence of the courier's representative, if possible, reporting any anomalies found in the delivery note. If it is not possible to carry out this check with the person in charge, the Customer may accept the package subject to documenting the time of opening and unpacking of the contents with photos and videos, immediately communicating any anomalies found to Cicala.

 

Are orders delivered gift-wrapped?

Yes. All the products you buy from Cicala are always delivered in a gift box. Cicala pays particular attention to the realization of the packaging: each jewel, watch or ornament will be carefully wrapped with elegant gift paper and bow signed Cicala, and you will be given a shopper to be able to donate your purchase if it were a gift. If you do not want the gift box, please report it in the notes field during the purchase phase. Brand products travel with their original packaging.


Where are Cicala jewels made?

The Cicala collections are produced in Italy at the Cicala laboratories and / or the best laboratories and artisans (eg enamellers, engravers), to allow you to receive a masterpiece created by the best national excellence.
