How do I register on the site?

Registering on the website is very easy. You can do this by clicking the little man icon at the top right to be redirected to the registration page, or you can click HERE . If it is your first purchase on Cicala you can register during the purchase phase in complete peace of mind: you will need to enter your e-mail, a password and click on the "Register" button. 


Is it necessary to be registered to purchase?

To proceed with the purchase it is not necessary to be registered, however registration allows you to take advantage of particular benefits such as, for example, discounted prices and promotions. If you have already created an account on Cicala, simply enter the e-mail address and password used when registering. If it is your first purchase on Cicala you can easily register during the purchase phase: you will need to enter your e-mail, a password and click on the "Register" button. You can subsequently enter all the data relating to shipping and billing addresses in the personal section of your profile (Account). Registration is free, does not imply any purchase and can be canceled at any time. The data will be used exclusively for the management of your order and, if you consent, to send you promotional information via newsletter.


Are there discounts and promotions?

By giving your consent to receive Cicala's digital communications you will be rewarded with truly surprising privileged conditions and discounts for your online purchases. Automatic discounts and promotions will be activated on your account . This discount system is completely automated: you don't have to do anything else. Simply log in to directly see the discounted prices reserved for you... And after each purchase the discounts will increase, always automatically. It's a kind way to show you gratitude for choosing Cicala and for agreeing to continue communicating with you. You can decide to change your preference at any time in the private section of your profile (Account).


Where can I buy Cicala products?

Where can I find product information?

When you decide to find out about a product, simply click on the corresponding image to open the page dedicated to it. The individual product page provides numerous information to help you and guide you in your choice according to your tastes. To provide you with as many details as possible, each page always shows a Title that briefly describes the object, followed by its availability and the price reserved for you. Just below you will also find the Details and Features and specifications sections, useful for finding out more in depth about materials, weights, gems for jewellery, or movements, calibres and functions for watches.

How do you order online?

Purchasing and ordering on is really easy, and you can do it quickly and in just a few steps. 

  • Make your product choice;
  • Insert the product into the cart;
  • Confirm your cart by clicking on Proceed with order or View cart. You can correct quantities or delete products by continuing towards checkout;
  • Enter your details, shipping method and payment method;
  • View the total, including taxes and shipping costs (if applicable);
  • Accept the general conditions of sale;
  • Confirm the order using the " CONFIRM AND PAY " button, which is equivalent to forwarding a commercial purchase proposal.


How do you check if the order was successful?

If the purchase was successful you will immediately see a confirmation message. You will also receive a confirmation message of the order proposal with a detailed summary of your choices at the email address indicated during the purchase phase. In the summary you will find all the information relating to the product purchased, its availability, the shipping and billing address, our contact details and the estimated delivery date. You will also subsequently receive various communications that will update you on the various order statuses: Processing, Shipping and Delivery.


Can it be purchased by telephone?

Once you have chosen a product on Cicala you can purchase it by telephone. Dial the toll-free number*  800 865 648 from Italy or  +39 010 6981030 from abroad, you will be followed by an expert who will explain the procedures necessary to process your order. We already inform you that, in your interest and your safety, Cicala staff will not be able to carry out the operation in any way using your credit card details , but will be able to provide you with support and/or complete the order for you which you will have to Finally, just make the payment.


How do I pay for the order?

Payments can be made in the following ways:

  • Advance bank transfer;
  • PagoLight installment payment (online);
  • Findomestic payment in installments (only on site);

The accepted credit cards are Visa, VisaElectron, Mastercard, American Express and Postepay and will immediately provide feedback on the outcome of the payment. To make a payment via bank transfer, simply finalize your order: you will receive all the necessary data (iban, reason and amount) via email in the order confirmation email; To speed up accounting and shipping operations, we ask you to forward the copy of the payment to . If you urgently need to receive your order, make an instant bank transfer . By selecting Pagolight payment in instalments , once you have filled in the information on the company's website, you will immediately receive a response regarding the acceptance of the procedure. Payment via Paypal can be managed either through the normal purchase procedure or by telephone with an operator who will send you a payment request to your email address.

Our jewelry store also allows you to purchase by paying in advance . Deposits can be made in various ways, such as credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, Klarna or cash (only in physical stores), and of variable amounts. You, together with a Cicala consultant, will choose the amounts to pay and the number of installments. Remember: If you opt for this type of payment, the chosen product will be delivered to you only when the agreed amount has been paid. Contact our Customer Service for more information on this system.


Is it possible to pay in installments?

Yes, it is possible to purchase in installments both online and at our jewelry store. On the website it is possible to take advantage of different types of installment payments: you can pay in 3 installments with Paypal , pay in 3 installments with Klarna or with the Pagolight installment payment system which will immediately give the outcome of the procedure and therefore the confirmation of the order . Through the latter system you will be able to choose the number of installments best suited to your needs and the best conditions.

I have a business, can I make a business purchase?

Yes, Gioielleria Cicala also sells to companies and professionals. If you wish to receive an invoice for your purchase, please select the " I need an invoice " box during the purchase phase. This will allow you to enter all the data for creating a commercial invoice (VAT number, Fiscal Code, SDI). 


Which couriers does ship with?

Shipments are made via Bartolini courier, DHL or via another carrier chosen by Gioielleria Cicala, and always in a manner traceable by the Customer (the Customer will be provided with a tracking code to the e-mail address used for the purchase). Don't worry: all shipments are always insured free of charge by Cicala jewelry.


What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are as follows:

  • Standard (Italy) : Standard shipping is free in Italy for purchases equal to or greater than €100, while for purchases up to €99 only a cost contribution of 6 euros is required. Delivery to the indicated address takes on average 1 to 3 working days. Delivery can therefore already take place between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm the following day for products available in stock.

  • Standard (World) : The shipping cost varies depending on the destination country; by entering the delivery data the correct amount to be paid will be displayed before proceeding with the purchase confirmation. Delivery to the indicated address can take from 2 to 5 working days for products available in stock.

  • Premium : An additional €10 is added to the cost of Standard shipping. This type of shipping is recommended for those who have very close delivery dates at the time of the order. It speeds up and prioritizes your order over all others: the Cicala Jewelery staff processes purchases made with Premium Shipping first. Delivery can take place within 24-48 hours, between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, for products available in stock. 

  • On-site collection : free. The Customer can choose to collect their purchase at one of the Cicala stores. The availability for collection of the order at the preferred location will be notified to the Customer via SMS, email or telephone. Orders are usually already available for collection starting from 10:00 am the day after purchase.

How long does it take for an order to be delivered?

We always try to deliver your order as quickly as possible so you can receive it straight away. We know how nice it is to buy online and receive what you want immediately. Below you can check the average delivery times of orders placed on

  • Standard : from 1 to 3 working days in Italy; 2-5 days to the rest of the world.
  • Premium : speeds up and prioritizes your order; 1-2 working days depending on the delivery areas. Remote areas or islands may have longer times.
  • Collection on site : The purchase will be available for collection at the Gioielleria Cicala headquarters or in the boutique starting from 10:00 am on the day following purchase (for particular emergencies you can contact our Customer Service).

The timing expressed above refers to all products available in stock ( Available Immediately ). Instead, for products to be ordered from suppliers ( Available to order ), to be customized or to be created entirely on commission, delivery times start from the moment the product is available (the Customer will be notified by e-mail and/or by telephone) . For further information we invite you to view the Shipping and Returns page .


What does estimated delivery date mean?

For orders of products not available in stock, and therefore immediate shipping is not possible, Gioielleria Cicala indicates the wording "available to order" on the product sheet. When adding to the cart, in such cases, Cicala automatically communicates an estimated delivery date in the confirmation of the order proposal. The date is calculated based on the average restocking time of the product.


What does it mean that shipments are insured?

All products sold travel with free insurance coverage included for the Customer at the expense of the Cicala jewelry store. This means that the Customer is always protected and will receive the product even in the event of loss, theft or damage to the package by the couriers. The cost of shipping insurance is covered by Cicala jewelry and no additional action is necessary on the part of the Customer.


What should I do if the package is damaged?

Our jewelry store takes particular care in the internal packaging of each individual item purchased and in its external packaging. Each package sent and entrusted to the couriers is always intact and is carefully sealed by our staff to guarantee the Customer maximum security and confidentiality on the purchase made. 

During the courier delivery phase, Cicala asks the Customer to carefully observe the state of integrity of the packaging, and not to collect goods that show signs of forced entry or visible damage or opening ; by not collecting them and notifying Customer Support, the shipments will return to Cicala who will check their contents and reschedule a new delivery in the shortest possible time.

In the event that the package is only slightly damaged and you still wish to proceed with collection, the Customer must open the package in the presence of the courier's representative, if possible, reporting any anomalies found on the delivery note. If it is not possible to carry out this check with the person in charge, the Customer will be able to accept the package with reservations , documenting with photos and videos the moment of opening and unpacking the contents, immediately communicating any anomalies found to Cicala.


Are orders delivered with gift packaging?

Yes. All the products you purchase from Cicala are always delivered in a gift box. Cicala pays particular attention to the creation of the packaging: each jewel, watch or ornament will be carefully wrapped with elegant gift paper and ribbon signed by Cicala, and you will also be given a shopper so you can donate your purchase if it is a gift. If you do not want the gift box because, for example, you want to check the contents or make additions, please report it in the notes field during the purchase phase and we will send you the necessary items separately. Brand products always travel with their original packaging, box and guarantee.

Where are Cicala jewels made?

Which purchased products can be returned?

It is possible to return to Cicala all products to which the right of withdrawal applies. The right of withdrawal applies to products immediately available in stock with the words Available immediately . For example, purchases of products specially personalized or created on commission, engraved, on which a modification has been requested (e.g. rings made to measure), ordered from suppliers (available to order) or individualised, sealed items cannot be returned. which have been opened or items which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and which have had their seals removed after delivery, etc. For more information visit the General Conditions of Sale page .


How long does it take for a refund to be made?
