Buying online on Cicala.it is easy, fast and convenient. If you have doubts about how to proceed, follow the instructions below and in a few simple steps you will be able to complete your first order, or contact our Customer Support to be guided by phone or chat until the transaction is completed correctly.

1 - REGISTRATION

To proceed with the purchase it is not necessary to be registered, however registration allows you to take advantage of special discounts such as, for example, reduced prices and promotions. If you have already created an account on Cicala it will be sufficient to enter the e-mail address and password used at the time of registration. If, on the other hand, it is your first purchase on Cicala you can register during the purchase phase in complete calm: you will need to enter your e-mail address, a password and click on the "Register" button.

You can subsequently enter all the data relating to the shipping and billing addresses in the personal section of your profile (Account). Registration is free, does not bind to any purchase, can be canceled at any time. The data will be used exclusively for the management of your order and, if you consent, to send you promotional information via newsletter (for more information on data processing visit our Privacy Policy page).

2 - CHOICE OF PRODUCT

Browse at will within the website. For convenience, Cicala has divided its products by thematic areas and by reason of purchase. In the navigation menu you will find sections dedicated to the main proposals available in jewelry such as, for example, Rings, Earrings and Necklaces, as well as Watches, Luxury Objects and Accessories. We have also reserved a central position for bespoke jewels (which represent our real job, that is to create jewels for our customers) to allow you to see something unique created for your most important occasions such as Valentine's Day, Christmas, Confirmations and Communions. In each section you can view hundreds of products carefully selected for you by Cicala jewelers.

Click on the product that interests you most to find out all the details: each item is presented with one or more high-definition photos and a careful description of the materials, weights, dimensions and gems. Once you have chosen the product, add it to the cart by clicking on "Add to cart". To continue shopping visit other pages of the site and add other products to the cart, otherwise click on the cart icon and choose whether to view a summary by clicking on "Proceed with order".

3 - PAYMENT

You can pay by Credit card, Bank transfer, Paypal, Soisy or Findomestic installment payment, Cash on delivery (only for available products and up to 300.00 euros), payment with advance payments. Credit cards accepted are Visa, VisaElectron, Mastercard, American Express and Postepay. To complete the payment you will be redirected to the Stripe site. Once the payment by credit card, Paypal, Soisy or Findomestic, or Cash on delivery has been completed, the order is completed and the purchased product, if available, is ready for shipment.

In case of purchase by bank transfer, you will instead receive an e-mail message to the address used during registration with all the data necessary to perform the operation: iban, reason and amount due. To speed up the shipping procedures, we ask you to send us, if possible, a copy of the payment to the address ordini@cicala.it.

4 - RECEPIT OF THE ORDER

All products on sale on Cicala and immediately available are shipped within 1-2 working days and delivered between 1 and 3 days in Italy, 1-5 days in the rest of the world. Exceptions are products for which additional processing is required such as, for example, the service of engraving a name, or making a ring to size. The delivery time in case product customization is required will be communicated on a case-by-case basis depending on the required processing.

You will be provided with a tracking code to the email address used for the purchase in order to track the status of the shipment. The delivery of the ordered products will take place at the address indicated during the purchase phase. By choosing Premium shipping, the order will be placed in top priority, speeding up each procedure as much as possible. For more information on shipments visit the Shipping and returns section.

5 - LEAVE A FEEDBACK

Cicala is happy to know your impression of the product you have purchased and its services: this is the only way to know if the path we are following is correct or if it can be improved! A few days after the conclusion of your order, you will receive a message by e-mail that will allow you to express your considerations and evaluations on the shopping experience.
