All products sold travel with free insurance coverage included for the customer at the expense of Cicala. For purchases of a total amount exceeding € 99.00, shipping in Italy is free. All products on sale on Cicala and immediately available are shipped and delivered within 1-3 working days. Exceptions are products for which additional processing is required such as, for example, the service of engraving a name, or making a ring to size. The delivery time in case product customization is required will be communicated on a case-by-case basis depending on the required processing.

 

The shipment will take place by courier Bartolini, DHL or by another carrier, at the unquestionable choice of Cicala, and always in a traceable manner by the Customer. The Customer will be provided with a tracking code to the e-mail address used for the purchase in order to monitor the status of the shipment. The delivery of the ordered products will take place at the address indicated by the Customer. Cicala cannot in any case be held responsible for any delays or non-delivery due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, nor for delays attributable to the carrier of the goods. You can choose between two distinct shipping methods:

 

  • Standard (Italy): Delivery to the address indicated may take from 1 to 3 working days.
    Delivery can therefore already take place between 8:00 and 18:00 the following day.
    Free in Italy for purchases of € 100 or more; 6 € for purchases up to 99 €.

  • Standard (World): Delivery to the address indicated may take from 2 to 5 working days.
    Delivery can therefore already take place between 8:00 and 18:00 the following day.
    By entering the delivery data, the correct amount to be paid will be displayed.
    The price varies according to the country of destination.

  • Premium: Speed up and prioritize your order over everyone else.
    Delivery can take place in 24-48 hours, between 8:00 and 18:00.
    An additional € 10 is added to the cost of Standard Shipping.

 

The timing expressed above is intended for all products available in stock. Instead, for products available on order, to be customized or created entirely on commission, delivery times start from the moment the product is available (the Customer will be notified by e-mail and / or by telephone).

 

For Southern Italy, Islands and Remote Areas, the timing may require an additional day depending on the destination areas. To guarantee the quality and efficiency of the service, we ask the Customer to carefully enter the complete shipping address, together with any notes to make delivery easier (eg preferred times, concierge). For the countries of the European Union the shipping times are 1-3 working days and the costs are expressed case by case during the purchase phase depending on the country of destination. For countries outside the EU, shipping times are usually 2-5 working days, excluding any time necessary for customs clearance of the goods. The cost of shipping is clearly expressed during the purchase phase depending on the country of destination; any customs duties are always charged to the customer.

1 - The procedures for returns

If the Customer decides to withdraw from the Contract, he is required to return the product (s) following the instructions that he will find inside the package sent by Cicala. After having communicated the desire to exercise the right of withdrawal by e-mail at support@cicala.it or by telephone at the Free Toll-Free Number 800 865 648 (from landlines in Italy) or at +39 010 6981030 (from mobile phones or from abroad) from Tuesday to Saturday from 9:00 to 12:30 and from 15:30 to 19:30, the products must be returned to Cicala within 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase or within 14 (fourteen) days from the notification of withdrawal, in the same conditions in which they were delivered.

 

The Customer is required to observe the necessary diligence in the care of the product (s) in his possession. The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging and complete with all accessories that may be supplied at the time of purchase (warranty, case, instructions, etc.), together with the purchase document. All products customized, modified or created on commission are exceptions; for the latter, in fact, any possibility of reimbursement and / or return lapses.

 

Before proceeding with the shipment, Cicala recommends agreeing the return procedures with the Customer Service (available from Tuesday to Saturday from 9:00 to 12:30 and from 15:30 to 19:30 at the addresses indicated above). The Customer is kindly invited to send in advance photographs of the product he wishes to return in order to be able to prove its good condition.

 

The Customer can proceed with the shipment of the return using any courier or post office, thus choosing the means he prefers, bearing the risk of loss and the related costs. The cost of shipping for the return is always borne by the buyer.

 

2 - How to prepare the package to return a product


Cicala particularly cares about customer satisfaction, and is available to return or replace any product that does not comply with your expectations, in compliance with the laws governing online sales.

 

In order to carry out a refund, return or replacement procedure for a product, however, certain operations must be carried out in the manner described below. In the absence of these conditions it will not be possible to proceed with any refund, return or replacement. After contacting Cicala Customer Service in the manner described above, the Customer must fill out the Return Form (which you find inside the package or which you can download here) and carefully and carefully prepare the package in which he can put away. the product (s). Listed below are the steps to properly prepare the return package:

 

  • Make sure the box is intact, in perfect condition, without any damage. Only in this case it is possible to use the package. If the box is damaged, the Customer must equip himself with a new, perfectly intact, rigid and sturdy package capable of protecting the product in the best possible way. Cicala will not accept and reject to the sender any shipment that should arrive showing visible external damage such as, for example, holes and tears.

 

  • Pack the product with due care. Cicala pays particular attention to product packaging in order to protect its beauty and solidity. In case of return or replacement, Cicala asks the Customer to exercise the same caution during the packaging and preparation phase of the product (s). Each product (s) must therefore be returned in its original packaging and adequately protected through the use of protective packaging. Cicala will not be able to accept returns and carry out refunds and replacements of products that are damaged due to careless and insufficient protection of the goods.

 

  • Provide all necessary personal data. Cicala will be able to carry out the refund, return or replacement procedure only if in possession of the necessary documents. All documents sent must be returned in original:

 

    • Return form duly completed;
    • Invoice (if issued);
    • Receipt (if issued);
    • Sales Document details;
    • Tax Code or a complete Document ID (necessary to correctly carry out the return procedure and therefore generate a regular credit note if it was not indicated during the purchase or invoice issue phase).

  • Hermetically seal the package. To avoid the theft of products during the shipping phase, it is necessary to seal the package carefully. Cicala therefore asks the Customer to hermetically close the box by applying anti-burglary and / or customized tape on all points of possible opening of the package by wrapping each side of the box. If not in possession of this tape, the Customer may use single-color packaging tape. In this case, however, he will have to affix more signatures on the joint points of the belt and on the sides of the package in order to allow the Cicala staff in charge of receiving it to be able to verify the integrity and lack of break-ins. Packages that are unsealed, improperly sealed, opened or not corresponding to these guidelines will not be accepted.

 

  • Affix the sender and recipient on the package. To complete the preparation of the package, the Customer must put the sender and recipient data on the outside of the package. At the top left you can write your sender data (surname, name, complete address, telephone) and at the bottom right those of the Cicala office:

Cicala recommends the Customer to be careful in delivering the package to the courier or post office, and not to provide any specific information about the contents of the package.
