Freshly served: the new signature drink from the Cocktail Time series Seiko is adding a new, delicious drink to its cocktail menu. The Cocktail Time series is serving up a fresh, limited edition model inspired by the STAR BAR in Ginza. Created once again in collaboration with bar owner Hisashi Kishi, the watch bears the unmistakable signature of a cocktail creation by the award-winning master bartender himself. The colour, texture and play of light in this drink serve as a template and give this Cocktail Time Edition its characteristic touch. ‘Sakura Aviation’ as a design moment The 34-millimetre stainless steel case with gold accents strikes the perfect balance between presence and restraint. Rose gold hands, indices and crown lend the model a warm elegance reminiscent of springtime lightness. Inspired by the ‘Sakura Aviation’ design theme, which picks up on the delicate pink tones of cherry blossoms, the Cocktail Time features a mother-of-pearl dial for the first time. The vertical pink colour gradients play with the light like a cocktail glass that shimmers at just the right moment when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom outside. The two-tone bracelet provides a subtle contrast and rounds off the elegant overall impression. This harmoniously coordinated mix creates a watch that shows how much atmosphere can be contained in a single design moment.
