925 silver choker with a thick, highly resistant yellow gold plating. The choker features a dangling hot air balloon with a chain tail and tanzanite, aquamarine, and amazonite stones. It can be adjusted up to 44 cm using the small sliding silver ball. A perforated Maman heart is featured at the end. Lobster clasp closure.
