Methods of payment

Cicala accepts the following payment methods:

• Credit or debit card;
• Advance bank transfer;
• Payment in 3 installments Klarna;
• Payment in 3 PagoLight installments;
• Findomestic payment in installments (only on site);
• Paypal and Paypal 3 installments;
• Tax Free Purchases (VAT exempt);
• Payment with advance payments;

CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS

The accepted credit cards are the following:

American Express
Postepay

To complete the payment by credit card you will be redirected to the Stripe or Banca Sella website; Cicala will not be aware of your card details at any time. Once the payment by credit card has been completed, the order is completed and the product purchased. If available, the purchase is prepared for shipping and entrusted to the couriers. It is the payment method we recommend for urgent orders as it allows easy verification of credits, payment results and therefore shipping.

BANK TRANSFER

In case of purchase by bank transfer, once the order is completed, you will receive an e-mail message to the address used during registration with all the data necessary to carry out the operation: IBAN, reason and amount due. To speed up shipping procedures we ask you to send us, if possible, a copy of the payment to ordini@cicala.it. This payment method may take up to 3 working days to allow Cicala to verify the correct outcome of the credit. This slightly longer procedure is not recommended for urgent orders as the shipments of the products take place only after confirmation of credit.

PAYMENT IN 3 KLARNA INSTALLMENTS

Choose Klarna at checkout to buy what you love now and pay calmly and securely. With Klarna you can in fact pay for your purchases in 3 convenient interest-free instalments, with credit, debit or prepaid card. The first installment will be charged to the card when the order is processed, while the last two installments will be charged every 30 days. You can select Klarna for purchases up to 1500 euros.

PAGOLIGHT PAYMENT IN INSTALLMENTS

PagoLight is a payment extension for carts up to 5000 euro. It is not a loan, and allows you to pay from a minimum of 3 installments up to a maximum of 24. To purchase simply:

Add items to cart;
Continue with the order until the summary phase;
Select the PagoLight payment method;
Provide the requested data and complete the order.

PAYMENT IN INSTALLMENTS IN STORE (ONLY IN STORE)

Even for Customers who wish to purchase jewels physically in our boutique, purchases can be facilitated through a deferred payment formula. In this case, in addition to being able to rely on Soisy, Customers will also be able to opt for one of the most reliable companies specialized in the sector: Findomestic. The method is offered with an advantageous formula of 10 interest-free installments. PAYPAL AND PAYPAL 3 INSTALLMENTS

Paypal is the system that allows you to pay and send money quickly, easily and securely without having to enter your details and credit card details every time. It uses the most advanced latest generation anti-fraud technologies for data protection. The Paypal payment system, as with credit cards and installment payments, allows immediate crediting of the amount due for the order, and therefore speeds up all shipping procedures for your purchased products.

From 2023, once redirected to Paypal, you will have the possibility to select the payment method in 3 installments with Paypal. A quick and easy way to flexibly purchase your jewelery and watches.

TAX FREE PURCHASES (VAT EXEMPT)

Tax Free Shopping allows international customers residing outside the European community to benefit from a significant reduction in the selling price of products by requesting a refund of the VAT paid during the purchase. The refund will be processed once the purchased goods have been exported. To take advantage of this service, simply select the "Tax Free Purchase" box during the order phase.

For this particular order method, the Customer immediately pays Cicala the entire amount due for the selected products and Cicala will provide the Customer, together with the purchased goods, also with all the documentation necessary to obtain the VAT refund. PAYMENT WITH DEPOSITS

Payment through advances is a payment system that allows you to reserve a product and keep it aside for yourself, dividing the amount in agreement with Cicala according to agreed amounts and dates. Unlike installment payment systems, with which the item can be shipped immediately given that the payment outcome is immediate, with payment in advance your order is shipped only after payment of the last agreed amount. The entire procedure must be agreed with Customer Support via email or telephone. Deposits can be paid by credit card, advance bank transfer or Paypal.
