Buying online on Cicala.it is easy, fast and convenient. If you have any doubts about how to proceed, follow the instructions below and in a few simple steps you will be able to complete your first order, or contact our Customer Support to be guided by phone or via chat until the correct conclusion of the operation. 1 - REGISTRATION

To proceed with the purchase it is not necessary to be registered, however registration allows you to take advantage of particular benefits such as, for example, advantageous prices and promotions from the first purchase. If you have already created an account on Cicala, simply log in by entering the e-mail address and password used when registering. However, if it is your first purchase on Cicala you can register immediately or during the purchase phase in complete calm: you will need to enter your e-mail, a password and click on the "Register" button.

You can subsequently enter all the data relating to shipping and billing addresses in the personal section of your profile (Account). Registration is free, does not bind you to any purchase and can be canceled at any time. The data will be used exclusively for the management of your order and, if you consent, to send you promotional information via newsletter (for more information on data processing visit our Privacy Policy page).

 


2 - PRODUCT CHOICE

Browse the website at your leisure. For convenience, Cicala has divided its products into thematic areas and purchase reasons. In the navigation menu you will find sections dedicated to the main reasons for purchasing jewelery: products for women or men, and gift ideas for mothers & children, accessories & objects for the home and office and, finally, jewels dedicated to lovers with a section for Engagement & Wedding. Each of these pages is further divided to help you find what you are looking for.

Click on the product that interests you most to discover all the details: each item is presented with one or more high definition photos and a careful description of the materials, weights, dimensions and gems. Once you have chosen the product, add it to your cart by clicking on "Add to cart". To continue shopping, visit other pages of the site and add other products to the cart, otherwise click on the cart icon and choose whether to view a summary by clicking on "Proceed with order".

 

3 - PAYMENT

You can pay by credit card, bank transfer, Paypal, PagoLight installment payment, Klarna or cash on delivery. The accepted credit cards are Visa, VisaElectron, Mastercard, American Express and Postepay. To complete the payment you will be redirected to the Stripe website. Once the payment by credit card, Paypal, Pagolight or Klarna has been completed, the order is completed and the purchased product, if available, is prepared for shipping.

In case of purchase by bank transfer you will receive an e-mail message to the address used during registration with all the data necessary to carry out the operation: IBAN, reason and amount due. To speed up shipping procedures we ask you to send us, if possible, a copy of the payment to ordini@cicala.it.

Remember: the processing of orders purchased by bank transfer takes longer as we will have to wait for the actual crediting of the amount you paid. In the event that you receive the jewel within a very close date, we invite you to make an instant bank transfer or consider paying by credit card, Paypal or Klarna.

 

4 - SHIPPING OF THE ORDER

All products on sale on www.cicala.it and immediately available with the wording Available Immediately are usually shipped and delivered within 1-3 working days. An exception is made for products that are Available to order (i.e. to be ordered from a supplier), to be created or for which additional processing is required such as, for example, the service of engraving a name or making a ring to size. The delivery time in these cases varies depending on the time required for the product to return to stock or the complexity of the processing required. It is possible to view the estimated replenishment time of the product next to the wording Available to order for products to be ordered from a supplier.

The shipment will take place via Bartolini courier, DHL or via another carrier, at the sole discretion of Cicala, and always with traceability. You will automatically receive a Tracking Code to the email address used for the purchase. We invite you to check that you have entered your email address correctly during the registration or purchase phase in order to correctly receive updates to your order. The Tracking Code will allow you to monitor the status of the shipment completely independently. 5 - LEAVE FEEDBACK
