Terms of payment

You can buy on Cicala in many convenient, tracked and safe ways. Any payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.


The following credit cards are accepted:

  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Postepay

To complete the payment by credit card, you will be redirected to the Banca Sella website; Cicala will not be aware of your card details at any time. Once payment by credit card is completed, the order is completed and the purchased product, if available, is prepared for shipping.


In case of purchase by bank transfer, once the order is completed, you will receive an e-mail message at the address used during registration with all the data necessary to complete the operation: iban, swift code, reason for payment and amount due. To speed up the shipping procedures, we kindly ask you to send us, if possible, a copy of the payment made to the address ordini@cicala.it.


Tax Free Shopping allows international customers to benefit from a significant reduction in the sales price of products by requesting reimbursement of the VAT paid at the time of purchase. The refund will be processed once the purchased goods are exported. To take advantage of this service, simply select the "Purchase Tax Free" box during the order phase. For this particular order method, the Customer immediately pays Cicala the entire amount due for the selected products and Cicala will provide the Customer, together with the purchased goods, all the documentation necessary to obtain the VAT refund. Purchases can be facilitated through a deferred payment formula supported by one of the most reliable companies specialized in the sector: Findomestic.
