How to buy

Buying online on Cicala is easy, fast and convenient. If you have any doubts on how to proceed, follow the instructions below and in a few simple steps you will be able to complete your first order.

REGISTRATION

To proceed with the purchase it is not necessary to be registered, however the registration allows you to take advantage of special benefits such as, for example, discounted prices and promotions. If you have already created an account on Cicala, simply enter the e-mail address and password used at the time of registration. If it is your first purchase on Cicala, you can calmly register during the purchase phase: you will need to enter your e-mail address, a password and click on the "Register" button.

You can then enter all the data related to the shipping and billing addresses in the personal section of your profile (Account). Registration is free, does not bind to any purchase, can be canceled at any time. The data will be used exclusively for the management of your order and, if you consent, to send you promotional information via newsletter (for more information on data processing visit our Privacy Policy page).

PRODUCT SELECTION

Browse at will within the website. For convenience Cicala has divided its products in areas by subject and by reason of purchase: you will find sections dedicated to Man, Woman and Children, but also to Brands published on the site and to anniversaries, such as Valentine's Day, Christmas, Confirmation and Communions. In each section you can view hundreds of products carefully selected for you by Cicala jewelers.

Click on the product you are most interested in to find out all the details: each item is presented with one or more high definition photos and a careful description of the materials, weights, dimensions and gems. Once you have chosen the product, add it to your cart by clicking on "Add to cart". To continue shopping visit other pages of the site and add other products to the cart, otherwise click on the cart icon and choose whether to view a summary by clicking on "Go to cart" or proceed to payment by clicking on "Proceed to Checkout".

PAYMENT

You can pay by Credit card, Bank transfer or Cash on delivery (only for some products and up to certain amounts in Italy). The accepted credit cards are Visa, VisaElectron, Mastercard, American Express and Postepay. To complete the payment, you will be redirected to the Banca Sella website. Once payment by credit card is done, the order is completed and the purchased product, if available, is prepared for shipping.

In case of purchase by bank transfer you will instead receive an e-mail message at the address used during registration with all the data necessary to carry out the operation: iban, swift code, causal and amount due. To speed up the shipping procedures, we kindly ask you to send us, if possible, a copy of the payment made to the address ordini@cicala.it.

RECEPTION OF THE ORDER

All products available for sale on Cicala and immediately available are shipped within 2-3 working days. Exceptions are products for which an additional processing is required such as, for example, the service of engraving a name, or making a ring size. The delivery time if the customization of the products is requested will be communicated on a case by case basis according to the required processing.

You will be provided with a tracking code at the e-mail address used for the purchase to be able to monitor the status of the shipment. The delivery of the ordered products will take place at the address indicated during the purchase phase. Choosing the Premium shipment the order will be placed in the highest priority, accelerating as much as possible each procedure.
