The processes can therefore be defined as real Made in Italy products and meet the highest ethical and quality standards. WHERE CAN I REPAIR CICALA JEWELS?

Together with an expert, you will be able to agree on how to repair your jewel, through the convenient withdrawal by insured express courier or directly at our boutique in Genoa. Cicala products are available in the Cicala boutique in Genoa and can also be purchased on the official online shop www.cicala.it. HOW CAN I GET PRODUCT INFORMATION?

The page of individual products provides a wealth of information to help you and guide you in choosing the right product according to your tastes. To provide you with as many details as possible each page is always divided into three areas: a main one where you can find a brief description of the product, one with HD (high definition) photographs to view the object and a last section at the bottom with the specifications of the materials, weights and gems, and a brief description written by the Customer Service.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO PURCHASE ONLINE?

After choosing the desired jewel, you can add it to your cart by clicking Add to cart. You will be able to check immediately if the transaction was successful by looking at the status of your shopping cart at the top right. You can then click on Go to cart, you will be able to enter a discount coupon if you have one and then you can proceed with the order by clicking on the Proceed to checkout button. At this point you can:

  1. Register yourself by creating an account or log in with your data;
  2. Complete the information regarding delivery and invoicing;
  3. Fill in the payment information;
  4. Confirm your order and submit it.

CAN I RECEIVE E-MAIL ABOUT MY ORDER AND PURCHASE?

If the purchase was successful you will receive an Order Confirmation message on your e-mail with a detailed summary of your choices. You will also receive a second Shipping Confirmation notice containing the tracking code with which to monitor the status of your shipment.

CAN I ALSO PURCHASE BY PHONE?

Once you have chosen a product on Cicala you can buy it by phone. Dial +39 010 6981030, you will be followed by an expert who will explain the procedures necessary to fulfill your order. The Cicala staff will in no way be able to carry out the operation using your credit card data but will be able to provide support and/or complete the order for you, which you will only need to make the payment for.

HOW TO MAKE A PAYMENT?

Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer or cash on delivery (only for some products and up to certain amounts). The accepted credit cards are Visa, VisaElectron, Mastercard, American Express and Postepay. To make a payment by bank transfer it is sufficient to finalize your order: you will receive by e-mail all the necessary data (iban, causal and amount) in the order confirmation e-mail.

HOW DO YOU MANAGE SHIPMENTS, DELIVERY TIMES AND SHIPPING COSTS?

All products sold travel with free insurance coverage included for the Customer paid by Cicala. All products available for sale on Cicala and immediately available are shipped within 2-3 working days. Exceptions are products for which an additional processing is required such as, for example, the service of engraving a name, or making a ring size. The delivery time if the customization of the products is requested will be communicated on a case by case basis according to the required processing. The Customer will be provided with a tracking code at the e-mail address used for the purchase in order to monitor the status of the shipment. The delivery of the ordered products will take place at the address indicated by the Customer. Customer choose between two different shipping methods:

  • Standard: 1 to 3 working days for European Union countries; 2 to 5 non-EU countries. Price varies depending on the country of destination. Please check the price during the purchase phase. Free in Italy for purchases over €100; €10 for purchases under €99.
  • Premium: accelerate and prioritize your order; €10 supplement to Standard shipping.

CAN I GET A GIFT BOX?

All the products you will buy from Cicala are always delivered in a gift box. Cicala pays particular attention to the creation of the packaging: each jewel, watch or silver ornament will be carefully wrapped with an elegant gift card and ribbon signed by Cicala, and you will be given a shopper to be able to donate your purchase if it were a gift. If you do not want the gift pack, please report it in the notes field during the purchase phase. Brand products travel with their original packaging.
